In order to know if this accommodation is convenient for our needs, we would appreciate further information :

-        are the electricity, gas and water bills included in the monthly cost ?

-        what about the phone (unlimited incoming calls ?)

-    	what is the nearest tube/train station's name, and how far is it ?

-        and of course, is the accommodation available from September the second to December the eighteenth ?
