VI. Appendix

1. Conclusion

Voila, folks, that's the end ! I hope that this guide has been useful for you, and that it will help you to enjoy your trip a maximum.

For my part, I really enjoyed these four months in London, even if I had some bad moments. Beyond English training, I discovered new cultures, I met many interesting people and I learnt lots of useful things for my future.

So, do not panic, prepare carefully your trip, and have fun ! This experience is one of the best you can have, do not miss it !

2. Thanks

I would like to thank :
  • My roommates who had to bear me during sixteen weeks :)
  • Jérémie Zahorski who found me a job and gave me some really nice pictures for this site,
  • Bruno Ortega Plaza for his help in making this guide,
  • Ken Frier who tried to do his best for his employees,
  • Eric, Yuri, Magnus and all the mad testers who helped me in my job,
  • the UCL team, in particular Julian and Richard Pettinger, who gave us very interesting and lively lessons.
  • and our landlords, the Singh family, who have probably moved to Hawaii with all the money we gave them for the rental ;)
